By using belowzerospany.com, booking an appointment, or buying from Below Zero Spa, you agree to these Terms. Our Spa Policies and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.
Cosmetic, not medical
Below Zero Spa is a cosmetic facial spa — not a medical spa or medical practice. Our treatments are cosmetic. They are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information on our website is for general education and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or aren’t sure whether a treatment is right for you, please talk with your doctor.
Results vary
Everyone’s skin is different. Results — including those shown in before-and-after photos and client reviews — vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Your health & safety
Before your first treatment, you’ll complete a skin and health questionnaire. You agree to answer it fully and truthfully, and to tell us about any changes — such as pregnancy, new medications, or recent procedures — before each visit. For your safety, we may adjust or decline a treatment.

Prices & promotions
Prices, services, and offers may change at any time. Promotional offers, such as first-visit pricing, are for first-time clients only, are limited to one per client, and may end at any time. If a price is ever listed in error, we’ll let you know before you pay.
Payments & financing
Payment is due at the time of your service unless you’re on a package or membership. Financing through CareCredit is subject to credit approval by CareCredit, and its terms are set by CareCredit, not by Below Zero Spa.
Charge disputes
If you ever have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we’ll always work to make it right. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card company instead, you agree that services you already received will be billed at our regular single-treatment price, and any products or devices you received at their full retail value.
Text messages
When you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Below Zero Spa about your appointments — confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your visit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.
Using our website
The content on this website — text, photos, videos, logos, and design — belongs to Below Zero Spa or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse it without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or access it without authorization.
Other websites
Our site links to other services, such as Acuity Scheduling, CareCredit, Instagram, and Facebook. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
Our website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Below Zero Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts of Ontario County, New York, or the federal courts for the Western District of New York.
