Booking help
Our online booking calendar is provided by Acuity Scheduling, and some content on our site comes from other providers. We can’t fully control their accessibility — so if you have any trouble booking online, call or text (585) 449-2100 and we’ll book for you.
Visiting the spa
If you need an accommodation during your visit, just let us know when you book, and we’ll do our best to make your visit comfortable.
